We are seeking individuals to join our project team who will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and safety of construction materials used in rail, mining, and infrastructure projects.

Our mission is to provide peace of mind through exceptional service and results. We offer full-time roles for experienced technicians with 2 years of experience in the Construction Materials Testing industry. If you meet or demonstrate some of the following criteria, we want to hear from you:

- Certification in Laboratory Techniques or relevant studies,
- Commitment to quality assurance and workplace safety,
- Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labor-intensive roles including heavy lifting,
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritizing work to meet client demands,
- Experience in field and laboratory construction materials testing to Australia standards,
- Ability to work autonomously and display self-motivation,
- Manual tasks in the field and in the laboratory, including preparing and testing soil, aggregates & concrete samples,
- Liaising with clients onsite on testing schedules, procedures, and results, representing the Coffey Testing brand,
- Routine quality assurance checks and calibrations, ensuring all equipment is maintained,
- Accuracy of test results and timely output of work,
- Experience in laboratory and field testing in soils, aggregates, and/or concrete to relevant standards (AS1289, AS1141, AS1012),
- NATA ISO/IEC 17025 requirements,
- NATA approved Signatory (highly advantageous),
- Current NDM Radiation license (highly advantageous) or willing to obtain, and/or
- Current manual driver's license (essential).
