Production Operator

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Production Operator, based at our Roastery in Fairfield. As part of our larger CCEP Australia family, we have become one of Australia's premier coffee companies.

We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to contribute to the delivery of our production schedule and work effectively within the manufacturing team across packing lines and roastery plant activities.

The successful candidate will have previous experience operating high-speed manufacturing machinery, particularly in the food and beverage industry. They will also possess a strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP).

The role involves operating machinery and equipment, quality control and inspection, maintaining a clean and safe working environment, and material handling and preparation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Machinery Operation: Our ideal candidate will have extensive experience in operating high-speed manufacturing machinery.
  • Quality Control: The successful candidate will ensure that all products meet the required standards.
  • Safety and Hygiene: A strong focus on maintaining a clean and safe working environment is essential.
  • Material Handling: Our team member will be responsible for receiving, storing, and dispatching materials.

This is a full-time position working Tuesday to Saturday with a shift allowance for Saturday. Hours of operation are Tuesday to Friday 10am-6pm and Saturday 7am-2pm.
