We are seeking a dynamic and culturally sensitive marketing professional to lead our small marketing team.

This is a rare opportunity to do impactful work three days a week from our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and advocate for marketing initiatives that promote brand reputation.
  • Manage digital assets to meet set objectives and leverage them to their fullest capability.
  • Lead a small team of professionals.
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders effectively.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A tertiary qualification in marketing, business or communications.
  • Demonstrated experience in achieving set targets and goals within marketing.
  • A minimum of 4 years experience in a digital marketing role.
  • Strong technical knowledge of digital marketing tools.
  • Experience managing and leading teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with stakeholders from all backgrounds.
