Job Title:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Support Services Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Health Service Manager.
The position offers flexibility in terms of location and work hours, allowing you to balance your work and personal life.
Main Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative support to the Health Service Manager, including coordinating diaries and scheduling meetings.
- Communication: Manage correspondence, compile data, and prepare reports to ensure smooth operations.
- Organisation: Use organisational skills to manage competing priorities within agreed timeframes.
