Leading a Team of Pathology Collectors

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Collections Lead to manage a designated area of Accredited Collection Centres (ACC) sites. As the Collections Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of pathology collectors and ensuring the delivery of high-quality clinical and customer service.

About the Role:

- Provide leadership, support, and ongoing training to your collections team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.

- Ensure all ACC sites meet people and culture, workplace health and safety requirements, and relevant accreditation standards.

- Identify new or improved opportunities and processes to enhance organisational strategy.

- Supervise the work of others, including work allocation and guidance.

Requirements:

  • Sound knowledge of the pathology industry.
  • Certificate 3 in Pathology Collection (including AS4308 - Drugs of Abuse collections).
  • Drivers Licence.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to lead a team.
  • Experience with rostering, recruitment, pay queries, and incident management.
