This is a unique opportunity to excel in driving the adoption of cutting-edge surgical techniques and technologies that support better healthcare outcomes.
As a member of our highly focussed sales channel, you will be responsible for generating interest and facilitating development through various channels. You will also identify and vet surgeons or candidates for training, ensuring successful product adoption within the surgical community.
- Promote innovative solutions: Develop and implement plans to manage your region effectively, ensuring maintenance and growth objectives are supported and achieved.
- Surgeon Selection and Training: Foster strong relationships with local faculty and proctors to strengthen our network, brand, and support clinical adoption.
- Training and Workshops: Organise and facilitate comprehensive training courses and workshops to enhance proficiency and knowledge of our products.
- Build Relationships: Ensure our technologies are readily available and accessible to surgeons within relevant hospitals, aligning with our strategic growth initiatives.
- Industry Engagement: Attend key society and third-party workshops and conferences to enhance visibility and strategically position our offerings.
You will work closely with the wider field team on special projects aimed at driving market adoption and growth across assigned specialties and areas of focus.
We are looking for a high-performing individual who possesses:
- Strong business acumen with a history of high performance and professionalism.
- A proven history of sales and KPI performance and achievement.
- Knowledge of laparoscopic surgical specialties and products.
- Ability to travel as required.
