Job Title: Digital Solutions Consultant Deliver innovative digital solutions to clients using the Microsoft Power Platform suite. Job Description As a senior consultant, you will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and design human-centered solutions. You will lead the delivery of apps, automations, and insights using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse. You will help organizations achieve digital transformation by translating business problems into functional and technical designs, building and configuring solutions, and facilitating workshops and demos. Key Responsibilities: 
  • Consult with clients to define business problems and translate them into functional and technical designs.
  • Build and configure solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform suite.
  • Facilitate workshops and demos to engage stakeholders and gather feedback.
  • Establish strong relationships with stakeholders across business and IT.
  • Work closely with delivery leads, designers, and developers to ensure quality outcomes.
  • Support client upskilling and adoption through training and documentation.
  • Contribute to solution governance, standards, and patterns across client environments.
 Required Skills and Qualifications We are looking for individuals with: 
  • 5+ years of consulting experience.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and ability to map and improve them.
  • Able to elicit requirements and turn them into effective user stories or designs.
  • Solid knowledge of Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, and ideally Power BI.
  • Experience with Dataverse, SharePoint, or Microsoft 365 integration.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A growth mindset and natural curiosity for solving problems with technology.
