You will be responsible for ensuring seamless operation of our service, engaging with professionals to support clinical teams and patients in their rehabilitation journey.

About You
  • Holds a completed AQF Certificate III relevant to the position.
  • Demonstrates strong communication skills and ability to develop rapport with clients and families, maintaining confidentiality.
  • Be prepared to work in a broad service role providing a wide range of functions to multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Brings experience in a rehabilitation care environment, able to make independent decisions, prioritise tasks, and manage challenging situations confidently.
  • Will be willing to undertake training programs and courses as required to perform duties of a Rehabilitation Care Specialist.
  • Has experience working in a security role or be willing to learn.
  • Willing to be flexible moving between roles as required.
