About You- Holds a completed AQF Certificate III relevant to the position.
- Demonstrates strong communication skills and ability to develop rapport with clients and families, maintaining confidentiality.
- Be prepared to work in a broad service role providing a wide range of functions to multi-disciplinary teams.
- Brings experience in a rehabilitation care environment, able to make independent decisions, prioritise tasks, and manage challenging situations confidently.
- Will be willing to undertake training programs and courses as required to perform duties of a Rehabilitation Care Specialist.
- Has experience working in a security role or be willing to learn.
- Willing to be flexible moving between roles as required.
