Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Alice Springs Hospital.

The successful candidate will be instrumental in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to improve the management of Diabetes and prevent complications across Central Australia Region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide autonomous and collaborative care to patients with Diabetes and Renal disease
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans to enhance patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse with experience in medical nursing and diabetes services
  • Postgraduate qualification in Nursing or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
