Key Responsibilities

  • Support the optical team in dispensing glasses, taking patients through the pre-testing phase, and managing bookings.
  • Develop a strong understanding of optical products and services, including lens options and frame styling.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
