Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a retail sales associate. In this role, you will be the face of our organization, providing exceptional customer service and supporting the overall success of our store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with purchasing decisions by offering product recommendations and demonstrating products as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment by restocking shelves, completing inventory tasks, and performing other duties as assigned.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales goals and promote a positive work environment.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills necessary for building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time as needed.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
