Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with stakeholders to determine user requirements and drive product development.
  • Lead the identification of dependencies and development of design documents for products, applications, services, or platforms.
  • Mentor others to produce high-quality, maintainable code and drive consistency in monitoring and operations at scale.
  • Hold accountability as a Designated Responsible Individual (DRI) and work on-call to monitor system/product/service for degradation, downtime, or interruptions.
  • Stay up-to-date with new trends, technical solutions, and patterns to improve product availability, reliability, efficiency, observability, and performance.
