About the Role

Are you a skilled tradesperson looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a Fitters and Aluminium Fabricators to join our team. As a Fitters and Aluminium Fabricators, you will be responsible for measuring, cutting, assembling, and installing aluminium window, door, and shopfront systems, as well as fitting glass and finishing to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Measure openings, square frames, and verify levels
  • Cut, drill, and assemble aluminium sections and hardware
  • Install glass into frames for windows, doors, partitions, and shopfronts
  • Seal, glaze, and finish to spec for weather, thermal, and acoustic performance
  • Read and interpret drawings and site plans
  • Use hand and power tools safely
  • Liaise with builders, site managers, and clients on progress
Requirements
  • Australian or New Zealand Citizenship or Permanent Residency
  • Proven experience in aluminium fabrication and glass installation
  • Ability to read drawings and follow technical specs
  • Safe tool handling and working at heights competence
  • Blue or White Card, valid driver licence, and reliable transport
  • Ability to obtain police check and first aid certificate
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision
