Aluminium Fabrication Expert

We are seeking a skilled Aluminium Fabrication Expert to operate our CNC upcut saw machine.

The ideal candidate will have experience with aluminium cutting in a fabrication environment and proven performance of accurate and error-free high-output CNC machinery operations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate the CNC upcut saw machine to cut aluminium extrusions accurately and efficiently
  • Ensure the safe operation of the machine, including regular inspections and maintenance of the blade and machine gear
  • Feed and pack materials, label, sort, and wrap cut materials ready for dispatch
  • Work safely and efficiently, with a focus on quality and attention to detail
About the Role

This is a challenging role that requires strong technical skills and excellent work habits. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating the CNC saw machine to cut aluminium extrusions accurately and efficiently.

The CNC saw machine is used to cut aluminium extrusions into various shapes and sizes. The ideal candidate will have experience with aluminium cutting in a fabrication environment and proven performance of accurate and error-free high-output CNC machinery operations.

  • Physical strength to lift long lengths of aluminium extrusion
