About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Structural Engineer to join our team at NDY. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for delivering structural engineering services throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver technically excellent engineering designs and consultancy services to our clients
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary project teams to deliver complex projects
  • Perform a lead engineer or design management role on projects
  • Mentor and facilitate the technical development of junior resources
  • Drive business development and win new opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Drive and support a culture of safety and quality within the team
Requirements
  • Structural Engineering professional with a relevant tertiary qualification
  • Significant experience at a Senior Engineer level, ideally within a consulting engineering environment
  • Previous responsibility across the full project lifecycle, including project delivery
  • Chartered Engineering status is desirable, or eligible to apply for CPEng/NER
  • Understanding of relevant Australian codes and standards
  • Proficiency in structural analysis software
