MIM Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled specialist to join our team in delivering, supporting and improving identity infrastructure for high-profile enterprise customers.
About the RoleThis is a hands-on technical role with opportunities to support both managed service engagements and project-based work, contributing to the ongoing lifecycle of critical identity services.
- Deliver expert-level support, configuration and enhancement of identity solutions
- Design and implement configurations, including complex workflows, provisioning rules and lifecycle policies
- Troubleshoot and resolve synchronisation, flow and access issues across integrated systems (e.g. Active Directory, Azure AD, HR platforms, SQL)
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to stabilise and optimise identity environments
- Participate in migration planning, uplift initiatives or transition strategies involving modern identity platforms
- Produce clear technical documentation, operational guides and knowledge
You will have a proven track record of delivering impactful outcomes in your work.
