Job Description

As a dedicated support worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of individuals with disabilities. You will provide personalized support to clients in accordance with their needs, ensuring their well-being and empowerment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of high school or equivalent qualification.
  • Certificate 2 or 4 in individual support or willingness to work towards completion (highly regarded).
  • Lived experience or paid experience working with people with disabilities.
  • Availability for day shifts, night shifts, sleepovers, and weekends.
  • Strong understanding of the NDIS and its guidelines.
  • Understanding of health and safety regulations.
  • Ability to work with a diverse client base, understanding the different support needs of clients based on their abilities, cultural backgrounds, and language requirements.
  • Basic care and first aid skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
