Maths and Physics Educator

We are seeking an experienced educator to join our team as a Maths and Physics specialist.

About the Role:

The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons in Maths and Physics to students in Year 9-12. They will develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs, assess student progress, and provide constructive feedback to enhance student learning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Teaching: Deliver high-quality lessons in Maths and Physics to students in Year 9-12.
  • Lesson Planning: Develop and implement engaging and challenging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs.
  • Assessment and Feedback: Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance student learning.
Requirements:
  • Registration: Registered to teach in South Australia or eligible to obtain registration.
  • Cultural Alignment: A commitment to Christian education and the values of Trinity College.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, staff, and parents.
  • Experience: Demonstrated experience in teaching Maths and Physics to senior students.
Desirable Criteria:
  • Pastoral Care Experience: Pastoral care experience and the ability to contribute to the school's pastoral care program.
  • Co-Curricular Activities: Experience in co-curricular activities and the ability to contribute to the college's co-curricular program.
