At efm Logistics, we are seeking a dynamic and customer-centric professional to join our Service Delivery Team in Pyrmont.

Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Supply Chain Solutions Expert who can partner with customers to deliver optimized logistics solutions. This role involves developing deep understanding of customer requirements, providing insights and expertise to navigate complex logistics environments, and solving problems quickly.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers at multiple levels, regularly contacting them to ensure clarity on projects and timelines, and providing operational assistance with onsite presence.

This role also involves driving continuous improvement through understanding customer and market insights, including strategic consultancy, and delivering a superior experience to improve NPS results.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in an Account or Project Management role, preferably in Supply Chain Management
  • Strong focus on relationship management processes
  • Deep understanding of business drivers
  • Proven skills in analysis, problem-solving, decision-making, and negotiation
  • Able to navigate complex logistics scenarios and identify optimal solutions
