About This Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced data professional to join our team based in Adelaide.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, problem-solving, and delivering high-quality outcomes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing master data, ensuring data integrity, and maintaining accurate records. They will also work closely with the National Supply Chain Team to deliver customer-focused outcomes and drive process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Master Data
  • Checking, preparing and instructing master data setup
  • Data compliance and privacy responsibilities
  • Maintaining and reviewing data for accuracy
  • Completing quality assurance checks
  • Maintain supplier relationships and deal with enquiries
  • Interpreting complex agreements and execution
  • Understanding of claims and cost recovery processes
  • Ability to investigate and resolve pricing queries
  • Assisting other team members and areas of the business
  • Providing cross-training to staff
  • Leading a team of Data Officers
  • Regular Reporting utilising MS Office; Excel, Access Database, etc.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in data entry, Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a dynamic team
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills
  • Liaise with management to drive process improvements
  • Management and Leadership skills
