About the Role">

We are seeking a highly skilled Intelligence Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will possess extensive experience in strategic and/or operational intelligence within a law enforcement or similar agency, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.

The ideal applicant will have highly developed critical thinking and analytical skills, as well as demonstrated expertise related to the intelligence discipline. They will also have strong leadership capabilities, with experience guiding and developing other intelligence practitioners in this environment.

Additionally, the successful candidate will have excellent written and oral communication skills, with a proven ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. They will also have highly developed interpersonal skills, including the ability to work positively in a team environment and manage expectations effectively.

Key Responsibilities">
  • Develop and maintain high-quality intelligence products that meet the needs of our stakeholders.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify trends and patterns in complex data sets.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of efforts.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to senior leaders on strategic and tactical matters.
