About the Role:

This role involves providing high-quality care to clients living in their own homes, supporting their independence and improving their quality of life. As a Personal Carer, you will spend your time on the road completing scheduled visits, interacting one-on-one with clients within their homes, and providing support with daily activities.

  • Deliver personal care, including showering, personal hygiene, meal preparation, house cleaning, laundry, and ironing
  • Support clients with community-based recreational and social activities
  • Transportation and assistance with shopping and appointments

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Certificate III Aged Care or Individual Support, or equivalent qualification - Essential
  • Current Australian Driver's Licence (Green Provisional minimum) - Essential
  • Roadworthy and insured vehicle to use for work - Essential
  • Experience working with technology, including smartphones, tablets, and laptops
  • Ability to satisfy relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies
