Trainee Service Advisor Job

Are you looking for a new career opportunity that will challenge you and provide opportunities for growth? We have an exciting job opening for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Trainee Service Advisor in a dealership environment.

This role provides great earning potential - a generous salary package with opportunities for advancement. As a Trainee Service Advisor, you will be responsible for greeting and managing daily customer relations for the Service Department. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Answering customer inquiries regarding their vehicle service needs
  • Quoting additional service work
  • Ensuring all customer requirements are met
  • Building and maintaining relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Delivering exceptional customer service

We are seeking someone who takes pride in their customer service skills, values reliability and efficiency, and has a positive 'can do' attitude. While previous experience in a dealership environment is desirable, it is not essential. We offer a supportive learning environment and encourage applicants who are eager to learn and progress.

As part of our team, you will have access to our comprehensive Learning & Development program called Learning Together. This includes extensive training courses in areas such as computer skills, finance and administration, sales, and communication skills. You will also be part of our networking groups, including our Fearless Female Forum and Sales and Service Development program.
