Key Role: Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic sales associate to join our team. As a sales associate, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences across our store.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing excellent customer service standards before, during, and after sales.
  • Assisting with merchandising all products on the sales floor.
  • Supporting the efficient delivery and processing of stock into store, following store receiving processes.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a passion for home entertainment, music, movies, technology, appliances, and/or games. You must also possess effective communication skills and be able to work as part of a diverse team.
