We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to helm our regional sales strategy, driving growth, retention, and profitability across the region. As our ideal candidate, you will possess a strong background in sales management, with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets.

  • Lead and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with national objectives, ensuring seamless collaboration across departments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, driving retention and growth through exceptional service delivery.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, pipeline health, and market trends, using data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination, promoting a culture of safety and integrity.
Key qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a sales management or leadership position, with a proven history of success in building and leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Demonstrated expertise in advanced sales processes, client engagement strategies, and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to negotiate and build strong relationships with key clients.
  • Familiarity with relevant compliance and regulatory standards, ensuring seamless service delivery and risk management.
