- Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with national objectives, ensuring seamless collaboration across departments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, driving retention and growth through exceptional service delivery.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, pipeline health, and market trends, using data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination, promoting a culture of safety and integrity.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a sales management or leadership position, with a proven history of success in building and leading high-performing sales teams.
- Demonstrated expertise in advanced sales processes, client engagement strategies, and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to negotiate and build strong relationships with key clients.
- Familiarity with relevant compliance and regulatory standards, ensuring seamless service delivery and risk management.
