Disability Support Role

We're seeking a compassionate and skilled disability support worker to join our team.

This role involves providing high-quality care and support to individuals with disabilities, empowering them to live independently and make informed decisions about their lives.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be flexible and able to work weekdays and weekends, and have a strong commitment to delivering person-centred care.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing personal care with respect and dignity
  • Assisting with daily living tasks such as domestic assistance, meal preparation, and transportation
  • Supporting clients in achieving their goals and aspirations through social support and group participation

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A qualification in disability, aged care, community services, or a related field
  • Current First Aid Certification and Working with Children's Check
  • A NSW Driver's Licence (P2 and above) and access to a car
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
