Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with trusted tour operators, activity providers, and travel vendors to secure the best options and pricing for clients.">
  • Manage all travel bookings and confirmations, ensuring accuracy and a smooth planning process.">
  • Provide support to clients throughout the planning process and during their trips, handling changes or emergencies with professionalism.">
  • Stay up-to-date on adventure and leisure travel trends, destination updates, and seasonal offerings to enhance itinerary recommendations.">
  • Foster post-trip engagement with clients, gathering feedback and encouraging repeat bookings or referrals.">
