Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop individualised support plans aligned with participants' needs and goals
  • Evaluate and deliver evidence-based plans in complex settings
  • Create meaningful goals and strategies using positive behaviour support frameworks
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes
  • BUILD knowledge, capacity and strengths of those supporting participants
Requirements:
  • Suitable as a Behaviour Support Practitioner at the Core level (NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission)
  • Completed degree-level qualification as an allied health professional
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • A proactive attitude and genuine passion for working in the disability sector
