Electrical Tradesperson

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform operational activities to the highest standard utilizing your trade skills and industry knowledge.
  • Work in a team of highly skilled tradespeople on the overhaul, repair, and manufacture of underground mining equipment.
  • Assist in mentoring and training of electrical apprentices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Educated to trade certificate level in electrical engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • Ability to work autonomously with strong focus and commitment to safety.
  • Reliable transport and C class license.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Experience working with underground mining equipment.
  • Knowledge regarding machines such as Continuous Miners & Underground Shuttle Cars and their components.

  • High Risk Licence to Operate Forklift Truck.
  • Dogging ticket.
