We are looking for a content specialist to join our team.

As a key member of the content team, you will play a vital role in engaging ambitious investors through platform-native content. You will work closely with media and marketing teams to set the editorial agenda across social platforms, finding new approaches to telling stories and building investor confidence.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating high-quality, engaging content that resonates with a wide audience. They will be technically proficient in end-to-end content production, including concepting, recording, shooting, editing, and publishing.

A successful content specialist will be culturally connected with a deep understanding of culture and the digital zeitgeist. They will be able to read and interpret content analytics to develop clear actions and attributions.

About this role

  • You will bring Stake's brand positioning to life through compelling social-first content that resonates with newcomers and seasoned investors alike.
  • You will diversify how our stories are told by collaborating with the wider media and creative teams.
  • You will stay up-to-date on social trends, platform changes, markets, and pop culture in Australia.
  • You will implement strategy and process, working closely with the Content Lead to develop and execute Stake's content strategy.
  • You will plug into the wider investing community online as part of a two-way process.
  • You will run a well-oiled machine through analysing and optimising content output.
