Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team and contribute to the success of our organisation. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled marketing professional to take on a key role in driving business growth through digital marketing initiatives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading digital marketing efforts from planning to execution, collaborating with the broader team to deliver campaigns that promote and compel businesses to adopt our diverse payment solutions around the world.

  • Work collaboratively with the Marketing team and broader stakeholders to drive business priorities and leads.
  • Deliver digital marketing initiatives in line with organisational and business goals within budget, on time and in line with other KPIs.
  • Create, manage, report and optimise digital acquisition and retention campaigns on various platforms including Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, Twitter and YouTube.
  • Manage all digital activities including but not limited to the development of creative copy, asset design (images, video, multimedia) and integrate with other activities including website content, events, sponsorships and awards.
  • Create and interpret reports that analyse existing activities, and assess conversion rates and return on investment while also using data and insights to optimise campaigns.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and project management skills.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the financial services or payments industry.
  • Good eye for design and familiarity with using design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Canva.
  • Basic understanding of HTML and CSS.
  • All things digital and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively with team members and other stakeholders.
