Concierge Supervisor

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Concierge Supervisor to lead our Concierge team and deliver exceptional guest experiences. As a key member of our hotel operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the Concierge team, ensuring seamless service delivery and enhancing guest satisfaction.

• Luggage Procedures: Develop and implement efficient luggage procedures to streamline guest check-in and check-out processes.
• Timely Luggage Delivery: Coordinate with the Concierge team to ensure timely luggage delivery and collection, guaranteeing a seamless service experience for our guests.
• Team Supervision: Supervise Service Leaders - Concierge to ensure adherence to hotel policies and procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and efficiency.
• Guest Welcome: Welcome Hilton Honors members and other guests at airports, providing a warm and personalized welcome that sets the tone for an unforgettable stay.
• Service Improvement: Collaborate with hotel operations to identify opportunities for service improvement, revenue growth, and cost reduction, driving business results and exceeding guest expectations.
• Grooming Standards: Maintain Concierge associates' grooming standards as per management guidelines, ensuring a professional image that reflects our hotel's values.
• Emergency Procedures: Familiarize yourself with emergency procedures to ensure employee and guest safety, responding promptly and effectively in critical situations.
• Team Goals: Set team goals in consultation with members, aligning with hotel objectives and driving performance excellence.
• Presentation Standards: Maintain personal presentation, adhering to hotel and industry standards, demonstrating pride and professionalism in all aspects of your work.
• Meeting Deadlines: Meet reporting and servicing deadlines on time, delivering high-quality results and exceeding guest expectations.
• Security Policies: Adhere to hotel security and emergency policies, ensuring a safe and secure environment for employees and guests.
• Culture and Tourism: Provide considerate service to guests based on local tourism culture and city profile knowledge, showcasing our hotel's commitment to cultural sensitivity and awareness.
• Additional Duties: Perform additional duties as assigned by management, embracing new challenges and opportunities for growth and development.

What We're Looking For:

• Supervisory Experience: At least 3 years of supervisory experience in Concierge operations, with a proven track record of success and leadership.
• Language Skills: Fluent English language skills to meet business needs, communicating effectively with guests and colleagues alike.

• Character and Ethics: Demonstrate good character and ethics, upholding our hotel's reputation for integrity and excellence.
• Laws and Policies: Strict obedience to relevant laws, internal policies, and implementations, ensuring compliance and adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Management Ability: Strong sense of principle, professional management ability, and excellent interpersonal skills, leading and inspiring your team to achieve exceptional results.
• Hotel Management: Hotel management experience preferred but not required, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to learn and grow.
