Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely and accurate data provision to Safeguard Global for payroll schedules.
  • Support HR and Finance teams with payroll adherence and deadlines.
  • Upload payment files and ensure local payroll tax payments.
  • Handle complex payroll queries and support accounting activities.
Payroll and Project Accounting:
  • Process journal entries and project accounting costs.
  • Ensure complete time sheets submission for accurate reporting.
Payroll Reporting and Audits:
  • Prepare accurate local payroll reports for authorities.
  • Keep up-to-date with local payroll regulations.
  • Provide information to auditors during financial audits.
Safeguard Implementation & Delivery:
  • Support transition to global payroll provider.
  • Monitor performance post-implementation and recommend changes.
  • Work closely with HR Operations to ensure efficient process delivery.
