Transforming Data Centre Networks

The role of Platform Engineers involves designing, building, and evolving tools, infrastructure, templates, and capabilities that other engineers use to deliver business value. This includes writing code that automates running our infrastructure and environments.

We're looking for someone who

  • Familiar with the Full Cycle model, where engineers are involved in design, build, challenge, and run
  • Has a passion for working with data centre networks and DWDM underlay
  • Contributes to a culture where quality, inclusiveness, and excellence are championed
  • Has a natural drive to educate, communicate, and positively influence various stakeholder groups, including high-level executives
  • Can coach & mentor engineers, share knowledge to uplift and improve software development practices

Tech Skills:

We use a broad range of tools, languages, and frameworks. Experience or exposure with some of these (or equivalents) will set you up for success in this team;

  • Strong understanding of routing protocols BGP, OSPF
  • Strong experience working with data centre networks and DWDM underlay
  • Proficiency with Python
  • Experience with automation tools and frameworks
  • Solid understanding of AWS cloud frameworks

A Competitive Salary

The salary for this position is estimated to be between $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
