Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Business Partnership: Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior executives, providing expert financial guidance and support to drive business performance and influence strategic decision-making.
  2. Financial Planning: Lead the preparation, analysis, and reporting of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic goals.
  3. Financial Modelling: Utilise advanced financial modelling techniques to support scenario analysis, investment decisions, and business cases, leveraging tools like Power BI and Excel.
  4. Process Improvement: Identify areas for cost optimisation and support process improvements across finance and operations, driving efficiency and operational excellence.
  5. Reporting & Analysis: Provide timely and accurate financial reports, assisting leaders in understanding financial performance, tracking KPIs, and ensuring financial objectives are met.
About You:
  • Hold a bachelor's degree and CA/CPA qualification (or equivalent).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial finance, business partnering, or financial planning & analysis.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modelling, and business intelligence tools (Power BI, Adaptive Planning, or similar).
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to present financial concepts to non-finance leaders.
