Assistant Principal Opportunity at St Anthony's School

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Assistant Principal to join our team at St Anthony's School. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in supporting the Principal in leading our school community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Principal in leading the school community and developing a positive school culture
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of school policies and procedures
  • Provide guidance and support to teachers and staff to enhance student learning and achievement
  • Collaborate with the Parish to lead Sacramental programs and promote Religious Education
  • Engage in reflective dialogue with colleagues to improve teaching and learning practices
  • Facilitate the collection and analysis of data to inform school improvement
  • Lead professional learning communities to maintain focus on school goals and priorities
Requirements
  • 4-year trained teacher with a strong background in education leadership
  • Active member of the Catholic Church with a commitment to Catholic Identity, Education, Community, and Stewardship
  • Successful record of teaching and administrative experience
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with staff and stakeholders
  • Accreditation for Leadership of the Religious Education Learning Area
  • Minimum of seven years relevant educational experience
