The Entertainment Coordinator will play a key role in enhancing guest retention through strategic plans for the property's entertainment offerings. This is an exciting opportunity to develop and implement new strategies for our Entertainment team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all administrative tasks within the Entertainment department
  • Coordinate procurement and bookings for live music, DJs, comedy, and other performance types
  • Oversee operational execution for BAU entertainment, campaigns, activations, and private entertainment
  • Administer and manage purchase orders, invoices, and talent agreements
  • Maintain stakeholder relationships and support entertainment communications
  • Provide on-ground event and entertainment support
  • Assist on marketing and social media activity for entertainment
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in entertainment, music, or events
  • Proven experience coordinating performances and artists
  • Skilled in managing performances while controlling labour costs
  • Strong ability to build effective internal and external relationships
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
