We are seeking a dynamic leader to fill the Assistant Store Manager role in Port Macquarie, NSW. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, retail/hospitality experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Duties and Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Store Manager to drive business growth and achieve targets
- Lead the team effectively to set and achieve goals
- Oversee daily operations of customer service, store presentation, housekeeping, security, and stock management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Alignment with our brand values
- Can-do attitude, willingness to learn, and natural leadership skills
- Desire to bring personal best to every shift and get the best out of others
- Reliable form of transport
- Guaranteed minimum of 22 hours per week
