Assistant Store Manager Job Description

This position is responsible for working closely with the Store Manager to ensure that targets and KPIs are met and exceeded.

In the absence of the Store Manager, you will lead the team independently to set and achieve goals.

Key responsibilities include overseeing daily operations of customer service, store presentation, housekeeping, security, and stock management.

A Day in the Life

As Assistant Store Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Working closely with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives.
  • Leading the team independently in the absence of the Store Manager.
  • Overseeing daily operations including customer service, store presentation, housekeeping, security, and stock management.
