Role Description

As an Employee Return to Work Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting injured employees to regain their independence and achieve their goals. Working closely with clients, insurers, and employers, you will develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans to ensure seamless outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify return to work barriers and design effective programs to support injured employees
  • Liaise with clients, insurers, medical practitioners, and employers to ensure seamless outcomes
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track client progress
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Behavioural Sciences
  • Willingness to commence additional studies as a Rehabilitation Counsellor, supported by WorkFocus Australia
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
