Early Childhood Educator Career Opportunity

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team. As a Trainee Educator, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in early childhood education and care while working with our experienced and supportive staff.

This is a unique chance to kick-start your career in early childhood education and make a positive impact on the lives of young children and their families. You will be working towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care and will have access to fully funded qualification, above award pay rate, paid study time and professional development opportunities.

About the Role
  • Maintain a safe environment for children, families, and team members
  • Comply with National Quality Standards (NQS) and Goodstart Policies, Procedures and Requirements
  • Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children and families
  • Contribute to the education program in the room and the centre team
  • Support a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement
Requirements
  • The willingness and motivation to study towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care
  • A permanent right to work in Australia
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to work well individually and as part of a team
  • Enthusiasm and a positive attitude
  • Flexible availability
  • Interest in early years education
  • Working with Children Check (or be willing to obtain one)
  • Proof of immunisation against Measles, Mumps and Rubella and Whooping Cough (Pertussis) (or be willing to receive)
