Centre Leadership Team Overview

Join our Centre Leadership team to influence and innovate our approach to early childhood education. We foster a collaborative environment where leadership development is accessible to all and the educator's voice is crucial to decision-making.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead ongoing professional development through coaching, conferences, mentoring, and career advancement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Educators and Teachers to share best practice and develop innovative early childhood education programs based on exploration, discovery, and play.
  • Develop and implement teaching programs and practice, enhancing professional capacity and skills within the network.

Maximise each child's development and learning by collaborating with Educators to create and implement the curriculum.
