We are seeking a skilled Business Development Leader to drive growth and success in the financial services industry. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about business development, sales, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to grow new business opportunities and increase revenue.

Requirements:
- 5 years' experience in the financial services industry (or related industry) with a focus on sales and business development.
- RG146 certification and relevant qualifications.
- Degree or postgraduate qualifications in finance or a related discipline (highly desirable).
- Solution-based selling experience and skills.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data and make informed business decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
