About this role

The Senior Coordinator Volunteer Capability and Sustainability position involves developing strategies and initiatives to secure a sustainable volunteer workforce for emergency services.

This includes undertaking projects and developing policies that align with organisational objectives related to volunteers. The successful candidate will also support the implementation of recruitment, retention, and volunteer sustainability initiatives within the emergency services sector.

Leadership behaviours are applicable to this role, and we expect candidates to demonstrate relevant behaviours aligned to personal leadership.
