About the role:
This newly created position will support the Loyalty Merchandise Manager in delivering operational excellence for Rebel Sport's Member Engagement Commercial Strategy.
The role will focus on providing merchandise inputs to deliver relevant, personalised offers and experiences for the Rebel Sport active member base, with the goal of improving club growth, retention, and increasing frequency and ATV.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Sales and Financial Performance: Assist in delivering sales, profit, and agreed loyalty and merchandise deliverables.
- Loyalty and Personalisation Operations: Support the development and execution of loyalty and personalisation strategies.
- Trade Partner/Vendor Management: Collaborate with trade partners to co-create loyalty benefits and product offers, and assist in negotiation and management of trade partner funding to supplement Rebel Sport's loyalty and personalisation activities.
- Marketing and Advertising: Work with the CRM, marketing, online, and visual merch teams to deliver engaging and successful campaigns, both above and below the line, and ensure promotional plans are implemented effectively.
About you:
- Category management and buying experience within a retail environment.
- Exposure and a passion for marketing, particularly within the loyalty and CRM space.
- High degree of interpersonal and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset.
- Strong ability in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
