Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and assist casual play participants, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all.
  • Host birthday parties and events, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.
  • Deliver and assist in the delivery of kids programs and classes, promoting physical activity and healthy lifestyles.
  • Run school holiday programs, providing engaging and interactive activities for children.
  • Assist with obstacle and ninja racing events, ensuring a safe and exciting experience for participants.

Requirements

  • Ability to work with age groups from 3 to 103, demonstrating patience and understanding.
  • A positive attitude and high level of energy, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification, with a strong commitment to safety and well-being.
  • Working With Children's Check and National Police Check, ensuring a safe and secure environment for all.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Experience in gymnastics, obstacle racing, or ninja training, with a strong understanding of physical activity and movement.
  • Experience in working with children, with a focus on promoting healthy lifestyles and physical activity.
  • Experience in customer service, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Experience in coaching or leading groups, with a focus on promoting teamwork and collaboration.
