Job Description

As a Classroom Support professional, you will play a vital role in enhancing student learning and success.

Your primary objective will be to provide high-quality support to students with diverse learning needs, working closely with teachers to deliver effective learning programs.

Key aspects of this role include:

  • Providing dedicated individualized support to students with additional needs
  • Assisting with lesson planning, preparation, and delivery of tailored learning programs
  • Monitoring student progress and identifying areas for evidence-based intervention
  • Collaborating with specialists to coordinate services and improve student outcomes
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this position, you will require:

A Certificate III in Education Support or equivalent experience, coupled with strong communication skills and the ability to build trust and rapport with students, teachers, and parents.

Additional key qualifications include:

  • Experience supporting students with diverse learning needs
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
