Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Leadership: Lead Solution Architecture efforts to ensure alignment with business objectives, while developing and maintaining architecture artifacts like standards, templates, and models.
  • Solution Design & Implementation: Design end-to-end solutions covering Business, Application, Data, Integration, Network, Security, and Operations. Provide guidance to global teams and assess risks and dependencies across projects.
  • Technology Evaluation: Assess and recommend technologies to optimise solutions, reduce technology debt, and improve efficiency.
  • Governance & Best Practices: Ensure architecture governance, security, and strategic direction throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct architecture reviews and propose improvements to existing systems.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with business and technology stakeholders, translating business needs into technical solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 10+ years in technology solution implementation, with 5+ years focused on solution architecture.
  • Proven success in designing and implementing large-scale solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud technologies (Azure) and software development methodologies.
  • Expertise in resolving solution design and architecture challenges.
  • Experience in agile and hybrid project environments.
  • Tertiary qualification in IT, with relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, Cloud Tech).
