Job Summary:

Commercial Marine Group is seeking a highly experienced ADAS Dive Supervisor to join our team in Brisbane. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will work closely with Project Engineers to plan and deliver subsea construction works across various local clients and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a small team of commercial divers in the execution of subsea construction works, ensuring strict adherence to risk assessment and workplace health and safety guidelines.
  • Maintain and operate commercial diving equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
  • Collaborate with Project Engineers to develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with ADAS and government legislation related to commercial diving.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Current commercial diving medical certification (AS2299)
  • Senior first aid and oxygen provider qualifications
  • Construction Induction Safety Certificate (White Card)
  • Drivers Licence
  • Coxswain/marine licence (highly desirable)
  • HRWL (highly desirable)

Desirable Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in a range of subsea construction works, including pile remediation and inspection services.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a small team of commercial divers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
