**About The Centre**

Thrive are thrilled to be opening a brand new, purpose built centre in Picton.

Our new centre will cater to up to 64 children aged 6 weeks to 5 years old. We are due to open in 2024.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of building both a team culture and a service from the ground up.

**About The Role**

We are looking for a fully qualified Diploma educator (or ECT) to lead a team of educators.

We are looking for a professional educator with experience in programming and the ability to inspire, motivate and maintain a positive learning culture within the centre for children, families and educators.

**You will be joining a supportive team where your ideas, input and voice is not only heard but welcomed and encouraged**

**Your main responsibilities will be to**:

- Build and maintain meaningful relationships with children, families and colleagues.
- Have sound knowledge of and demonstrate high-quality practice in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- Work in positive collaboration with all members of the team.
- Maintain effective communication with parents/carers.
- Actively contribute to the educational program through conversations, observations, and documentation.

- A completed Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or teaching qualification
- A current NSW Employee Working With Children's Check
- Sound and practical working knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) & National Quality Standard (NQS)
